Antares Vision’s service solutions provide project management and planning for the design and deployment of turnkey track & trace solutions and vision systems.
Project management and planning is key to the proper execution of any complex activity, such as the design and deployment of traceability solutions and vision systems.
Our Project Management Office (PMO) is a team of dedicated specialists that, in close contact with customers’ work groups, manages every project across a structured flow that covers all development and production phases to ensure our customers are at the center of the process.
During the INITIATION phase, the sales department hands over responsibility to the project manager (PM).
The PM aligns with the customer on the agreed scope and objectives for the project.
In the PLANNING phase, the PM creates the foundation for the whole project schedule, including detailed milestones. The PM drafts the execution plan and aligns with the customer project team through kick-off meetings.
During EXECUTION – the phase which covers the design, construction, delivery, installation and testing of the solution – project managers coordinate and monitor the plan, provide accurate reporting of activities and manage any changes that may occur.
The CLOSING phase is aligned with the solution delivery and includes the production of handover documentation, collection of customer feedback and an evaluation and communication of lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement in the PMO and beyond.
Across the whole process, project managers ensure that projects stay on track by:
Proactively analyzing and preventing issues before they happen;
controlling the progress to ensure maximum quality in minimum time;
acting as the central contact point for all involved parties.
