All Antares Vision’s turnkey solutions are designed to be reliable, durable, and easy to use, and include a complete range of complementary services such as pre-sale consultation, validation procedures, personnel training, comprehensive assistance and readily available spare parts.

Because we want line managers and operators to be able to manage their installed vision systems with complete confidence, our Customer Assistance Center provides training at all levels, both on-site and in our main office in Moorestown, NJ.

Pre-sales activities include consultation services such as feasibility studies and return-on-investment analysis. We evaluate customer samples in our laboratories to formulate the operative hypothesis, and organize a detailed user requirement specification and relative proposal. We also conduct expert application planning per your specifications for both standard and customized requests.

Customer Service

Customer Service provides a broad range of after-sales services and support, which ensures top quality standards and fast problem resolution. Our expertly trained teams offer customer service, repairs, and maintenance and training classes. We are at your service throughout the entire lifespan of your Antares Vision equipment.


We offer training of operations personnel, as well as additional standard and customized training sessions that can be tailor-made for your company. These training courses cover the function, operation, maintenance and validation of all Antares Vision products, can be both theoretical and practical, and can be held on-site or at our dedicated US headquarters.

Spare Parts

When needed, Antares Vision provides loaner/replacement units. All parts can easily be ordered via machine type, serial and part numbers, which can be found in the User Manual. The machine serial number is embossed on the machine plate and is also present in the User Manual drawings layout.


Our after-sales teams offer preventive and planned maintenance services to help you schedule maintenance and avoid shutdowns. Maintenance and cleaning instructions are clearly described in our user manuals. We offer qualified technical service for online trouble-shooting and online support, as well as specially trained local staff in our key markets. A once-a-year visit from our service technicians assures that you get the best performance out of your equipment.

Qualification and Validation

We support your qualification and validation efforts with qualification documentation, as well as advice and consultation regarding the execution of tests. Detailed qualification documentation that conforms to current standards and GAMP 5 regulations is available.
